Hi,
I just cannot find the Instructor Tools (and therfore Course Default Preferences) anywhere. Not in admin, nor in the instructor area.
Can someone please help!
Things to describe:
operating system - linux
version of ATutor -1.5.5
versions of php - 4.+
version of mysq l - 4+
webserver & version -apache
copies of error messages -
changes to default settings -
web browser being used - IE
and anything else relevant -

Should add that we can't have checked the docs for 1.4.3 which says "
Course Default Preferences in the Instructor Tools, then click Save current settings as course default preferences"

Hi!
There was a major redesign of ATutor in version 1.5, so the 1.4.3 documentation you are using is obsolete now.
You should use "The ATutor Handbook" instead. It is installed with ATutor and is also available at http://help.atutor.ca .
Course Default Preferences tool really existed in 1.4.3. In 1.5 it has been replaced with Manage -> Student Tools.
Though you will find that the ATutor behavior has changed and some settings described in 1.4.3 docs are simply absent in the new ATutor.
