install problem with php 406
I am trying to install ATutor on a RedHat linux with php 4.06 (no zlib as far as I can see); apache 1.3.19 and mysql 3.23.32.
When I get to "Step 1: Terms of use" and click on "I Agree" nothing happens.
Looking into the html code, I noticed that the forms points nowhere:
form action="" method="post" name="form"
Could this depend on my version of php? Is there an easy way out? (my web admin may take months to upgrade php! if this is the source of the problem)
