Installation problems
If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced.
Things to describe:
operating system - Server 2003
version of ATutor - 1.5.3
versions of php - 5
version of mysq l - 5.0.45
webserver & version - IIS 6
copies of error messages - None
changes to default settings - None
web browser being used - IE 7 and Firefox
and anything else relevant -
When I go to the folder where atutor is located, it indicates that atutor isn't installed and to continue. After asking the first set of questions, the next screen has the header but nothing but a white screen. I have changed the permissions on the config file. The server has been configured to allow php to be opened and to allow for script execution. The install is located at http://www.almegaresources.com/atutor. Any assistance would be appreciated.
