  New user problems

  Things to describe:
  operating system - Windows 2003
  version of ATutor - ATutor-1.5.4.
  
  hi there i am a new user who is trying to figure a few things with atutor
  
  firstly does the atutor allow videos to be posted so students can watch videos as part of the course?
  
  secondly is there an option where i can use a classroom atendance. so if the student is attending classes at a traning centre is there an option where the tutor can mark attendance using atutor and review the attendance and how what progress has been made.

  You can manually embed videos in 1.5.4 using the HTML Object or Embed tags, or you can upgrade to 1.5.5 and use the Media tag that was added in that version. See the handbook for that version for more information.
  
  No, there is not an attendence tool beyond monitoring students activities in a course using the tracking tool.
