j use this cms but j have erase 1.5.4 and j install 1.5.5 ... now ... in 1.5.4 j have more functinality for install language, modules and other ... in 1.5.5 version j do not see it ...

Unfortunately, the site you provided a link to currently doesn't have an installed version of ATutor.
ATutor 1.5.5 seems to have the same functionality regarding modules and languages as 1.5.4 had. Maybe you had translation turned [i]on[/i] in your previous installation? That adds a few more tools to the Language tab.
You could use an administrator demo listed at http://atutor.ca/atutor/demo.php to see how an installation should look like from an admin's point of view. The version installed there is 1.5.5 despite the page itself says it is 1.5.4.
I hope this will clear things up.
