Hi,
I installed and tested ATutor 1 month ago to test it, now I delete it and its database to install it again (to use and not to test) but I cant! It says the safe_mode is on. I called my host admin and he said that its off. I dont know what have I do. Please look at http://bistoonsampad.ir/info.php it might help you.

It was not helpful! Please tell me what I should do. As I said my admin says safe_mode is off. Please tell me how can I know is it on or off. And look at [red][b][i][u]http://bistoonsampad.ir/info.php[/u][/i][/b][/red] please. It might tell you is it on or not.

Your phpinfo says:
safe_mode Off(local value) On(master value)
Master value is still on in your case; it can be turned off in your php.ini file.

Well, it is on your phpinfo. Search for "safe_mode" under PHP Core, and that entire row tells you everything you have to know about your safe_mode statuses.
Your server provider should know.

In your phpinfo page, please look carefully under the PHP Core.
Scroll your page to the right and you will find:
safe_mode: Off On
I have already mentioned that the first one is "Local value" and the second one is "Master value"
