After uploading this images with File Manager from Edit Content, the pictures are not displaying in the File Manager window, And this error message apears "The requested URL /atutor/content/1/img/network.jpg was not found on this server". With File Manager from Manage, this pictures can be viewed but if the images are inserted in course Course Content, they can't be displayed.

Re: 154: Cannot view pictures into content and file manager

I'm unable to reproduce this. It seems to be working okay on all our local installations.

See if you can reproduce this on the atutor.ca demo.

    Thanks for your reply.
Because it's hard to explain this problem I created an instructor account in my atutor installation. Please help me testing this.

    http://www.mpro-systems.com/atutor

    username: user
    password: atutordemo

In the homepage and the demo content I inserted some detailes about the problem and installation.

Re: 154: Cannot view pictures into content and file manager

Without access to the server there doesn't seem to be any way to resolve this.

For now you can right-click on the image when previewing it and using the full path to it.

It would look like this: http://www.mpro-systems.com/atutor/get.php/b64:cGljdHVyZXMvY3B1X2ludGVsLmpwZw==

That is the only thing that seems to work.

Re: 154: Cannot view pictures into content and file manager

This is more likely a problem with the webserver setup, than with ATutor. Someone would need to login to your server to investigate, and then it may be something your system administrator may need to address.

We have fee for service support available if you need us to login to your installation to track down the problem.

Re: 154: Cannot view pictures into content and file manager

You can send it to me. The $100 CAD one time troubleshooting fee is required first.

This can be paid online at:
    http://www.atutor.ca/store/index.php?service=Login+Installation;amount=100

If you prefer, you can purchase a Primary Support package, which includes email and login support, and whatever other administrative support you might need for a period of a year.

Re: 154: Cannot view pictures into content and file manager

Joel thank you very much for the suggestion. With a little improvisation in preview.php into filemanager i made it possible.

Re: 154: Cannot view pictures into content and file manager

I am also having the same problem with displaying images and the File Manager.

I had no such problem with previous versions of ATutor.

I ended up avoiding using the File Manager.

    Thanks.

Re: 154: Cannot view pictures into content and file manager

I can't neither insert nor view pictures into the content.
I downloaded the howto package and tried to insert the complete path of the picture but it doesn't work. Any clue?
Thanks a lot for your response
