  operating system - Linux 2.4.21-40.ELsmp #1 SMP
  version of ATutor - ATutor 1.5.4
  versions of php - 4.3.11
  version of mysq l - 4.1.22-max-log
  webserver & version - Apache
  web browser being used - firefox 2.0.0.3
  
  After installing when i try to Login i got this error in the top of my site.

  I'am getting the same error I when I install ATutor 1.5.4 into my local computer.
  
  Please, can you advise?

  I noted that in all my installation errors I have this:

  I found the solution the chmod was 666 when I change it to 777 the problem is gone!

  but now when i try to upload file using file storage i got this error
