  Tranfer data between atutor versions

  Hello, my name is Ricardo and I want to know what's the better way to move my data information of atutor version 1.5.3.2 to the new version 1.5.4 [I like the new features] and I want to upgrade to XAMPP Linux 1.6 [It comes with MySQL 5.0.33, PHP 5.2] also, If this possible?, How can I do this? What are the steps?,

  You can try making copies of the ATutor directory, and of the mysql data directores for ATutor, and moving them over to the new server.
  
  Then run the ATutor installer in upgrade mode.
  
  There are other ways as well, restoring backups of courses from the old to new server.
  
  Exporting the database with phpMyAdmin, and restoring it into the new mysql. And copying the ATutor directory.
